Common use of Titles to Real Property Clause in Contracts

Titles to Real Property. The Borrower and each of its Material Subsidiaries have indefeasible fee simple title to their respective owned real properties, and with respect to leased real properties, indefeasible title to the leasehold estate with respect thereto, pursuant to valid and enforceable leases, in each case free and clear of all Liens except Permitted Liens.
