TLO Assignment to Third Party Clause Samples

The TLO Assignment to Third Party clause allows a party to transfer its rights or obligations under the agreement to an external third party. In practice, this means that if one party wishes to delegate its responsibilities or benefits—such as payment rights or service duties—to another entity, it can do so, typically with the consent of the other original party. This clause is essential for providing flexibility in contractual relationships, enabling parties to adapt to changing business needs or circumstances by assigning their interests to others.
