To Applicable Terms. If Learning Objects makes a material change to the terms of this Agreement, then Learning Objects will notify you by either sending an email to the Notification Email Address or alerting you via the Administrator Portal. If the change has a material adverse impact on you and you do not agree to the change, you must so notify Learning Objects within 30 days after receiving notice of the change. If you notify Learning Objects as required, then you will remain governed by the terms and conditions in effect immediately prior to the change until the end of the then current term for the Service. If the Service is extended under a new term, the Agreement will be extended under Learning Objects' then current terms and conditions.
