to Borrower. The term of the Loan shall be 20 years from the date of this Agreement, which may be extended upon mutual consent of the Parties. During the term of the Loan or the extended term of the Loan, Borrower shall immediately repay the Loan in the event of any one or more of the following circumstances occur:

To Borrower's and Nation's knowledge without investigation or inquiry, neither the Nation nor the Borrower has caused or permitted to occur, and shall not permit to exist, any condition that may cause a discharge of any Regulated Substances at, upon, under or within the Property or on any contiguous real estate.
to Borrower. Each party shall supply to the other such tax information as may be requested by the other to enable it to effect the Borrower Payment or Lender Payment in the required amount, computed as per the immediately preceding paragraphs of this Section 7.
