TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the. Trust Security Documents and the entire Collateral (the right, title and interest of the Trustee in the Trust Security Documents and the Collateral being hereinafter referred to as the "Trust ----- Estate") unto the Trustee and its successors in trust under this Trust Agreement ------ and its assigns forever. PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that these presents are upon the condition that if the Obligors, their successors or assigns, shall satisfy the conditions set forth in subsection 6.10, then this Trust Agreement, and the estates and rights hereby assigned, shall cease, determine and be void; otherwise they shall remain and be in full force and effect. IT IS HEREBY FURTHER COVENANTED AND DECLARED, that the Trust Estate is to be held and applied by the Trustee, subject to the further covenants, conditions and trusts hereinafter set forth.
