To Let board. To permit the Landlord during the period of six months immediately preceding the end or sooner determination of the Term (and at any time during the Term in the event of any proposed disposal by the Landlord of its interest in the Premises or in any of the events set out in clause 5.2) to affix and retain on any part of the Premises (but not so as materially to interfere with any trade or business carried on at the Premises or with reasonable access of light and air to the Premises) notices and boards relating to any proposed disposal by the Landlord of its interest in the Premises for reletting or otherwise dealing with the same and to permit all persons with written authority from the Landlord or the Landlord’s agents to inspect and view the Premises at reasonable times of the day by previous appointment.
To Let board. The Landlord agrees that Urban Spaces may arrange for a “To Let” board to be erected at Property.

  • Parent Board of Directors The Board of Directors of Parent will take all actions necessary such that two members of Company's Board of Directors reasonably acceptable to Parent, at least one of whom is an independent director of the Company's Board of Directors, shall be appointed to Parent's Board of Directors as of the Effective Time with a term expiring at the next annual meeting of Parent's stockholders.

  • Board “Board” means the Board of Directors of the Company.

  • School Board Any reference to School Board or District in this Agreement shall mean the District and/or its designated officials.
