to the UK Transfer Addendum. The Parties agree: (i) Tables 1, 2 and 3 to the UK Transfer Addendum are deemed populated with the corresponding details set out in Attachment 1 to Annex 1 (European Annex) to the DPA and the foregoing provisions of this Attachment 2 (subject to the variations effected by the UK Mandatory Clauses described in (b) below); and (ii) Table 4 to the UK Transfer Addendum is completed by the box labelled ‘Data Importer’ being deemed to have been ticked.
