To Use Facilities Sample Clauses

The "To Use Facilities" clause grants one party the right to access and utilize certain facilities owned or controlled by the other party. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of permitted use, any restrictions or conditions (such as hours of access or required supervision), and may specify the types of activities allowed within the facilities. Its core practical function is to clearly define the terms under which facilities can be used, thereby preventing misunderstandings and ensuring both parties are aware of their rights and obligations regarding facility access.
