To Whom Interest Payable. Subject to Section 2.1(p), interest shall be payable to the Person in whose name the CENts are registered at the close of business on the Regular Record Date next preceding the Interest Payment Date, except that (i) interest payable on any CENts pursuant to their repayment in full in accordance with Article III and (ii) interest payable on the Final Repayment Date shall be paid to the Person to whom principal is paid.
