Common use of To Write an Examination Clause in Contracts

To Write an Examination. Special leave, with pay, up to a maximum of one (1) day per subject may be granted to a Permanent Full-time Employee to take a written examination for an Employer approved course at an accredited school or other course, provided the Employee has demonstrated that the examination to be written relates to a course study which is directly related to the Employee’s duties and will improve his qualifications and abilities to perform those duties.
