To yield up. 25.1 At the expiration or sooner determination of the Term peaceably and quietly to surrender and yield up to the Landlord the Premises (together with all keys thereto) with vacant possession so repaired maintained decorated cleansed glazed painted and kept as herein provided and if so required by the Landlord to remove such tenants and trade fixtures as the Landlord may specify the Tenant making good all damage caused by the removal of these to the satisfaction of the Surveyor
