To yield up. At the expiration or sooner determination of the Term 5.7.1. peaceably to yield up to the Landlord the Premises with vacant possession in repair and decorated in accordance with the several covenants herein contained 5.7.2. to give up all keys of the Premises to the Landlord 5.7.3. to remove all Tenant’s chattels and all rubbish from the Premises and (if requested by the Landlord or if the Tenant so wishes) all Tenant’s fixtures and fittings and to make good immediately any damage caused by the removal
