Common use of To yield up Clause in Contracts

To yield up. to yield up the Premises (together with all keys thereto, including those duplicated by the Tenant) to the Landlord duly redecorated in accordance with paragraph (r) of this clause 4.1 by 1700 hours on the last day of the Term herein or any earlier day upon earlier termination of this Tenancy. The Tenant shall also deliver the Distribution Board and the Earth Circuit Breaker complete with power points and lighting points to the Landlord in good working condition at the expiration or earlier termination of the Term. It shall be a condition precedent to the Tenant’s entitlement to yield up the Premises that the Premises are redecorated in strict compliance with paragraphs (r) and (s) of this clause. For the avoidance of doubt and without prejudice to the other rights or remedies of the Landlord, in the event any redecoration works are earned out (whether by the Tenant or by the Landlord) after the expiration or earlier determination of the Term, the Tenant shall pay the Landlord for the period from the expiration or earlier determination of the Term until the redecoration works are completed according to clause 9.5; and
