Common use of TO1 Change Order Request Addendum Clause in Contracts

TO1 Change Order Request Addendum. ACS understands that changes to established business processes may become required. A structured Change Management process ensures that standardized methods and procedures are used to handle all Changes in Scope, as referenced in Section 15 of the Agreement. A change request can be initiated through a request from the Customer or from internal ACS sources. All proposed changes or additions to current services or processes must be submitted to the ACS in writing.
