Token Based. Use of a DS Offering granted in Token Based mode provides a right to use a determined number of tokens for the duration of the license. Tokens are reserved for one (1) use at a time and when released, are available for other uses. The quantity of tokens required for a given use of the DS Offering is determined in the Product Portfolio and/or in the Documentation, and may be changed in the event of modifications to such DS Offering. Pool of tokens of same type can be accessed and used simultaneously by one or several authorized Users and/or Extended Enterprise Users and/or Machines, as applicable within the limit of the number of available tokens.

Token Based license for Query Calls. A Token Based license for Query Calls grants the Customer the right to allow End-Users to a query capacity (a limited number of queries per month as specified in Transaction Document) of a specific type of Query Calls to authorized Instance(s). Unused Query Calls expire at the end of the validity period and will not be subject to any refund, nor credit related to such expired Query Calls.

Such system controls the type and number of computation jobs, interactive sessions and/or interface products that may be run simultaneously. The number of required tokens shall be determined, as described in the Product Portfolio, by the type of computation being performed and the number of processor cores used in running the computation job. In case of new or renewal of any 3DS Offering, the required number of tokens may be changed in the event of modifications to such 3DS Offering. The use of a Token Based 3DS Offering may be subject to additional or different terms and conditions described in the Product Portfolio. Tokens may be required in addition to any other licensing scheme pursuant to which the use of a 3DS Offering is granted.
Token Based. Certain Licensed Program(s) contain a token based network license management system that regulates authorized use of the Licensed Program(s). Such system controls the type and number of computation jobs, interactive sessions, and/or interface products that may be run simultaneously. The number of required tokens may be determined by the type of computation being performed and the number of computer processing units or cores used in running the computation job, as described in the Product Portfolio. The required number of tokens may be changed for new or renewed license(s) and with modifications of the covered Licensed Program(s). The use of Token Based license(s) may be subject to additional or different terms and conditions described in the Product Portfolio.

  • Program Evaluation The School District and the College will develop a plan for the evaluation of the Dual Credit program to be completed each year. The evaluation will include, but is not limited to, disaggregated attendance and retention rates, GPA of high-school-credit-only courses and college courses, satisfactory progress in college courses, state assessment results, SAT/ACT, as applicable, TSIA readiness by grade level, and adequate progress toward the college-readiness of the students in the program. The School District commits to collecting longitudinal data as specified by the College, and making data and performance outcomes available to the College upon request. HB 1638 and SACSCOC require the collection of data points to be longitudinally captured by the School District, in collaboration with the College, will include, at minimum: student enrollment, GPA, retention, persistence, completion, transfer and scholarships. School District will provide parent contact and demographic information to the College upon request for targeted marketing of degree completion or workforce development information to parents of Students. School District agrees to obtain valid FERPA releases drafted to support the supply of such data if deemed required by counsel to either School District or the College. The College conducts and reports regular and ongoing evaluations of the Dual Credit program effectiveness and uses the results for continuous improvement.

  • Performance Evaluation The Department may conduct a performance evaluation of Contractor’s Services, including Contractor’s Subcontractors. Results of any evaluation may be made available to Contractor upon request.
