Toll-Free Number. Prior to the Notice Date, the Settlement Administrator shall establish a toll-free telephone number, which will be staffed by the Settlement Administrator, to assist in answering questions from Settlement Class Members. The toll-free number shall provide a voice response unit with message and interactive voice response (“IVR”) capabilities, in both English and Spanish. Any scripts, FAQs or other materials for such purpose shall be made available for review and approval by Defendant’s Counsel and Class Counsel prior to their use.
