Common use of Tolling Agreements Clause in Contracts

Tolling Agreements. Prior to the Closing Date, Buyer and Seller shall negotiate manufacturing services agreements, to be entered into at Closing, with respect to the plants listed on Schedule 7.18 (and such other sites as Buyer and Seller may mutually agree) and in accordance with the pricing methodologies specified on Schedule 7.18.
