Tool Crib. At any time Tool Cribs are used on jobs and an Employer is made responsible for issuing such tools and equipment as are used by members of the Bargaining Unit, a Bargaining Unit Employee shall be placed in charge of such facilities in order that such tools or equipment may be maintained and issued in good order.
