Tool Reimbursement. a) On June 1st of each year, the Company agrees to reimburse all Trades employees, upon presentation of proof of purchase, up to the amount of $525.00 towards the purchase of new tools. b) In the event of a tool being damaged through the normal course of work, the employee will first seek replacement from the supplier and if not successful, the tool will be replaced by the Company.
