Common use of Tool Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Tool Reimbursement. a) An “Employee provided Required Tool List” for each position with different tool requirements will be developed and maintained jointly by the Company and Union. Employees are required to have the tools specified on the applicable list available for use at work whenever the employee is present. Tools are to be kept in acceptable condition at all times. The Company will provide tools for specialized operations.
