The TOOLBOX MEETINGS clause requires regular safety meetings to be held on-site, typically before the start of work shifts. These meetings involve all relevant personnel and focus on discussing potential hazards, reviewing safety procedures, and addressing any immediate safety concerns related to the day's tasks. By mandating these meetings, the clause helps ensure that workers are informed about site-specific risks and promotes a culture of safety, thereby reducing the likelihood of accidents and improving overall workplace safety compliance.
TOOLBOX MEETINGS. Gold Coast City Council recognises the importance of holding regular workgroup (“toolbox”) meetings for the field workforce in providing an opportunity to communicate on issues of importance to the workgroup, including providing advice and information on work health and safety matters.
TOOLBOX MEETINGS. 21.1 At least one toolbox meeting will be convened by the Employer per site, each month to facilitate and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ communication and consultation. Items to be discussed at each meeting may include programming of site work, site issues, work health and safety, job design, productivity issues, management policies, Agreement compliance, wages and conditions, compliance with statutory obligations and any other relevant issue raised. Notice of the meeting will be given at least one
(1) week prior to the scheduled date. There will exist a standing invitation for representatives of the Union to attend such toolbox meetings.
TOOLBOX MEETINGS. 35.1 At least one toolbox meeting will be convened by the Employer per site, each month to facilitate and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ communication and consultation. Items to be discussed at each meeting may include; programming of site work, site issues, work health and safety, job design, productivity issues, management policies, compliance, wages and conditions, compliance with statutory obligations and any other relevant issue raised.
35.2 Notice of the meeting will generally be given at least one (1) week prior to the scheduled date, although this shall not prevent a monthly toolbox or any extraordinary toolboxes as required from being convened.
35.3 Toolbox meetings are intended to be informative, promote open dialogue and drive a collaborative partnering approach between all parties, all parties commit to raising and discussing any matters reasonably known prior to the toolbox meeting and upholding these principles.
TOOLBOX MEETINGS. Toolbox Meetings are regarded as an important part of site-based communications. The Employer will develop a program of consultation with its site-based Employees around safety, productivity, constructability, and methodology.
TOOLBOX MEETINGS. 41.1 The parties agree that, in order to facilitate open communication between the employer and the employees, toolbox meetings will be held bi-monthly.
41.2 Employee attendance at toolbox meetings is mandatory.
41.3 The parties agree that an employee may be exempt from attending a maximum of two toolbox meetings per year only with the consent of East Waste.
TOOLBOX MEETINGS. Employees are to participate in regular toolbox meetings in accordance with ABM’s Safety Management Program.
