Common use of Tooling Clause in Contracts

Tooling. In the event special tooling such as moulds, dies, forms, jigs, mandrels, fixtures and other special equipment is required to manufacture any Goods, the parties shall enter into a separate agreement for such tooling. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all such tooling shall remain the property of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ responsibility related to such tooling is limited to proper design, handling in manufacture and storage.
