Topics for Discussion. The subjects discussed may relate generally to this Agreement, but shall not be for the purpose of discussing pending grievances or for collective bargaining on any subject. The topics for discussion will include, but are not limited to: a) Methods of improving Employer/employee relations and productivity. b) Safety and health problems of a continuing nature. c) Affirmative action goals and methods of implementation. d) Other problems which have an impact on conditions of employment.
