  • Mobile Deposit The Mobile Deposit feature enables you to use a software application together with your Wireless Access Device to create electronic images of the front and back of certain Original Checks (defined below) and transmit those images and other information, including, without limitation, information captured from the magnetic ink character recognition (“MICR”) line, to us for review and processing in accordance with this Agreement.

  • The Deposit The Tenant shall pay to Choose an item £0.00 (zero pounds) in cleared funds not less than 72 hours prior to the commencement of this Tenancy as a Deposit*. The Deposit to be held by the Choose an item as Stakeholder. At the end of the Tenancy the Landlord’s Agent shall return the Deposit to the Tenant subject to the rules set out in this Agreement.

  • Permitted Withdrawals from the Certificate Account and the Distribution Account The Master Servicer may, from time to time, make withdrawals from the Certificate Account for any of the following purposes (the order set forth below not constituting an order of priority for such withdrawals):

  • Initial Deposit On the Closing Date, the Depositor will deposit, or cause to be deposited, the Required Reserve Amount in the Reserve Account according to Section 4.1 of the Exchange Note Sale Agreement.

  • Additional Deposit For reasons of administration, the right is reserved to require payment of an Additional Deposit, as shown on the Fees List for the relevant year, as an additional deposit in the case of a pupil whose normal residence is outside the United Kingdom. The Additional Deposit will be retained in the general funds of the School until the Pupil leaves and will be repaid by means of a credit without interest to the final payment of Fees or other sums due to the School on leaving, unless stated otherwise in these terms and conditions.
