Total Amount of Distributions. The Company shall distribute the amount determined pursuant to Section 10 of the Charter of the Strategic Council; provided, however, the total amount distributed to Members shall in no event exceed Accumulated Net Cash From Operations. The intent of the previous sentence is to limit the amount distributed in accordance with Regulations Sections 1.707-4(b) and (c) and shall be applied consistent with those Regulations.
