Common use of Total Destruction Clause in Contracts

Total Destruction. If at anytime during the term hereof the Premises are totally destroyed from any cause whether or not covered by the insurance required to be maintained pursuant to Section 7.3 (including any total destruction required by any authorized public authority) this Lease shall automatically terminate as of the date of such total destruction.

Total Destruction. If at anytime any time during the term hereof the Premises are totally destroyed from any cause whether or not covered by the insurance required to be maintained by Lessor pursuant to Section 7.3 Paragraph 8.2 (including any total destruction required by any authorized public authority) this Lease shall automatically terminate as of the date of such total destruction.

Total Destruction. If at anytime any time during the term hereof the Premises are totally destroyed from any cause whether or not covered by the insurance required to be maintained pursuant to Section 7.3 Paragraph 8.3 (including any total destruction required by any authorized public authority) this Lease shall automatically terminate as of the date of such total destruction.

If at anytime any time during the term hereof the Premises are totally destroyed from any cause whether or not covered by the insurance required to be maintained by Landlord pursuant to Section 7.3 Article 8.3 (including any total destruction required by any authorized public authority) this Lease shall automatically terminate as of the date of such total destruction.

If at anytime any time during the term hereof of this Lease the Premises are totally destroyed from any cause cause, whether or not covered by the insurance required to be maintained pursuant to Section 7.3 Paragraph 9(b) hereof (including any total destruction required by any authorized public authority) ), this Lease shall automatically terminate as of the date of such total destruction.

If at anytime any time during the term hereof the Premises are is totally destroyed from any cause whether or not covered by the insurance required to be maintained by Tenant pursuant to Section 7.3 8.2 (including any total destruction required by any authorized public authority) ), this Lease shall automatically terminate as of the date of occurrence of such total destruction.

If at anytime any time during the term hereof the Premises are totally destroyed from any cause whether or not covered by the insurance required to be maintained by Lessee pursuant to Section 7.3 Paragraph 8.2 (including any total destruction required by any authorized public authority) this Lease shall automatically terminate as of the date of such total destruction.

Total destruction is defined as 50% or greater destruction of the Premises.

If at anytime any time during the term hereof the Premises are totally destroyed from any cause other than the acts and/or omissions of Tenant, and whether or not covered by the insurance required to be maintained by the insuring party pursuant to Section 7.3 Article 11.3 (including any total destruction required by any authorized public authority) ), this Lease shall automatically terminate as of the date of such total destruction. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s claim shall be limited to insurance proceeds.
