TOTAL MAXIMUM COMPENSATION. The Total Maximum Compensation for the Scope of Services for the entire Agreement including reimbursable expenses shall not exceed Sixty-five Thousand, One Hundred Seventy-seven dollars and 72/100 ($65,177.72), per month for the duration of the term of this Agreement. In no case shall the amount paid by County for Scope of Services exceed the Total Maximum Compensation without an approved change order.
