Common use of Tour Differential Clause in Contracts

Tour Differential. Any Nurse who works within the hours defined as night or evening tour, on a permanent basis or rotating basis, shall receive a tour differential of one dollar and ten cents ($1.10) per hour.

Tour Differential. Any nurse who works within the hours defined as a night tour shall receive a tour differential of two dollars and ten thirty cents ($1.102.35) per hour.
