Towing and Wrecker Service Clause Samples

The Towing and Wrecker Service clause defines the terms under which towing and vehicle recovery services are provided, typically in the context of a contract for roadside assistance or property management. It outlines the responsibilities of the service provider, such as responding to calls for disabled or illegally parked vehicles, and may specify conditions like response times, fees, and liability for damages during towing. This clause ensures that both parties understand the scope and limitations of towing services, helping to prevent disputes over service expectations and financial responsibility.
