Town as Agent of Developer. Any work completed by the Town, for or on behalf of the Developer, or by reason of the Developer not having completed the work in the first instance, will be deemed to be completed as agent for the Developer and will not, for any purpose whatsoever, be deemed as Final Acceptance or Assumption of any Services by the Town.
