Common use of Tracking Systems Clause in Contracts

Tracking Systems. a. The Contractor must ensure the Aircraft are equipped with tracking equipment to meet the position reporting requirements of the NAFC Standard OPS-014 Aircraft Tracking, Event Reporting and Messaging. b. The Contractor must ensure that arrangements to forward the data required by the NAFC Standard OPS-014 Aircraft Tracking, Event Reporting and Messaging are active at all times when the Aircraft is in a Service Period, and at all times when the Aircraft is otherwise engaged by a Member, and that Aircraft not meeting required standards at any time immediately prior to or during any Service Period may be considered Not Serviceable.
