No Assignor has or operates in any jurisdiction under, or previously has had or has operated in any jurisdiction within the five year period preceding the date of this Agreement under, any trade names, fictitious names or other names except its legal name and such other trade or fictitious names as are listed on Annex C hereto for such Assignor.
