Trade Practices Act. In accordance with Pennsylvania Trade Practices Act, the Act of July 23, 1968 (P.L. 686, No. 226), 71 P.S. §§ 773.101-773.113, the Concessionaire shall not furnish or use or permit to be furnished or used in any “public works” (as defined in the Pennsylvania Trade Practices Act) any aluminum or steel products made in a foreign country that has been identified by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a foreign country that discriminates against aluminum or steel products manufactured in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
