Common use of Trade Practices Clause in Contracts

Trade Practices. None of Seller Parties, and (to Seller Parent’s Knowledge) no employee of Seller Parties, have (i) used any funds for unlawful contributions, unlawful gifts, unlawful entertainment or other unlawful expenses relating to political activity, (ii) made any unlawful payment to foreign or domestic government officials or employees or to foreign or domestic political parties or campaigns or violated any provision of the FCPA or any similar Law, (iii) taken any action that would constitute a violation of the FCPA or any similar Law or (iv) violated any applicable Laws pertaining to the export or import of technical data, restrictive trade practices or boycotts.
