Common use of Trademark Assignments Clause in Contracts

Trademark Assignments. The several Trademark Collateral Security and Pledge Agreements, dated or to be dated on the Closing Date, made by the Borrowers and their Subsidiaries in favor of the Administrative Agent and the Assignments of Trademarks and Trademarks executed in connection therewith, all in form and substance satisfactory to the Lenders and the Administrative Agent.
