Subject to clause 5.3, if the Trader offers to a Customer, and the Customer elects to take up, a price option for a non-continuous level of service by allowing the Trader to control part of or all of the Customer's load, the Trader may control part or all of the Customer's load (as the case may be) in accordance with this clause 5 and Schedule 8.
