Common use of Trader may control load Clause in Contracts

Trader may control load. Subject to clause 5.3, if the Trader offers to a Customer, and the Customer elects to take up, a price option for a non-continuous level of service by allowing the Trader to control part of or all of the Customer's load, the Trader may control part or all of the Customer's load (as the case may be) in accordance with this clause 5 and Schedule 8.

Subject to clause 5.3, if the Trader offers to a Customer, and the Customer elects to take up, a price option for a non-continuous level of service by allowing the Trader to control part of or all of the Customer's load, the Trader may control part or all of the Customer's load (as the case may be) in accordance with this clause 5 and Schedule 8. For the avoidance of doubt, the load controlled by the Trader or any part of it may also be controlled by the Distributor.
