Common use of Trading Reports Clause in Contracts

Trading Reports. During such time as the Public Securities are quoted on the NASD OTC Bulletin Board (or any successor trading market such as the Bulletin Board Exchange) or the Pink Sheets, LLC (or similar publisher of quotations) and no other automated quotation system, the Company shall provide to the Representative, at its expense, such reports published by the NASD or the Pink Sheets, LLC relating to price trading of the Public Securities, as the Representative shall reasonably request. In addition to the requirements of the preceding sentence, for a period of two (2) years from the Closing Date, the Company, at its expense, shall provide the Representative a subscription to the Company’s weekly Depository Transfer Company Security Position Reports.
