Trading with the Enemy Act. The transactions contemplated by this Agreement will not violate the U.S. Trading with the Enemy Act, as amended, or any of the foreign assets control regulations of the U.S. Treasury Department (31 C.F.R. Subtitle B Chapter 5, as amended), or any ruling issued thereunder or under any enabling legislation or presidential executive order granting authority thereof.
