Common use of Traffic Control Plan Clause in Contracts

Traffic Control Plan. A traffic control plan to support the Contractor's operations shall be submitted at least 72 hours prior to commencing work that shall conform to the Florida Department of Transportation's "Manual on Traffic Control and Safe Practices" which shall be obtained by the Contractor at his expense.
