Common use of TRAFFIC FLOW Clause in Contracts

TRAFFIC FLOW. eToys will take reasonable efforts to ensure that AOL traffic is either kept within the Affiliated eToys Site or channeled back into the AOL Network (with the exception of advertising links sold and implemented pursuant to the Agreement). The Parties will work together on mutually acceptable links back to the AOL Service.
