Traffic Noise. Developer shall document how they will address traffic noise mitigation. The documentation at a minimum shall include: • Process for carrying out noise mitigation measures as identified and discussed in the approved NEPA document and schematic, • Process for carrying out noise mitigation measures determined throughout the life of the project, • Process to handle changes that may occur to proposed permanent noise mitigation in the approved NEPA document and schematic.
