Traffic Quality Requirements. (a) Each Party agrees that, in connection with its Redirect distribution under this Agreement, it shall not violate Traffic Quality Requirements. (b) Company will work with Microsoft to manage traffic generated by the Company Network according to Microsoft specifications. Upon notification of the specifications related to Traffic Quality Requirements from Microsoft to Company, the Parties will collaborate in good faith to implement the specifications [******] which will account for any technical work needed for Company and Company Partners to implement the specifications, as communicated in writing by Company to Microsoft. Microsoft reserves the right to update such specifications from time to time. As at the Effective Date, the Parties acknowledge that the measurement parameters, standards, and operational processes [******] and the Parties agree to work in good faith to [******]. (c) Company will follow any Guidelines provided by Microsoft to manage traffic for individual traffic sources. [******], Company, at Microsoft’s discretion, may remove the individual traffic source at issue from its network, [******].

Microsoft reserves the right to update such specifications from time to time (which may also be applicable, as commercially reasonable and mutually agreed, to other distribution redirect partners of the Bing Search Service).   • Safety Requirements Prior to setting sail the Operator of the Sector 43 Vessel shall detail and identify any vessel safety operating procedures and 44 other important information to the assigned ASM. The Sector Member 45 acknowledges that an ASM must complete a pre‐trip vessel safety checklist 46 as provided by NMFS prior to leaving port. An ASM cannot be deployed on 1 a vessel that has failed to review the safety issues, and such vessel is 2 prohibited from leaving port without the ASM on board (unless a waiver is 3 granted).
