Common use of Traffic Volume Clause in Contracts

Traffic Volume. To the extent either Party has the capability to measure the amount of traffic between a Knology switching center and a BellSouth end office, either Party shall install and retain direct end office trunking sufficient to handle actual or reasonably forecasted traffic volumes, whichever is greater, between a Knology switching center and a BellSouth end office where the traffic exceeds or is forecasted to exceed a single DS1 of local traffic per month. Either Party will install additional capacity between such points when overflow traffic between Knology's switching center and BellSouth's end office exceeds or is forecasted to exceed a single DS1 of local traffic per month. In the case of one way trunking, additional trunking shall only be required by the Party whose trunking has achieved the preceding usage threshold.

Either Party will install additional capacity between such points when overflow traffic between Knology's SouthEast’s switching center and BellSouth's AT&T’s end office exceeds or is forecasted to exceed a single DS1 of local traffic per month. In the case of one way trunking, additional trunking shall only be required by the Party whose trunking has achieved the preceding usage threshold.
