Trail Surface. The base of the trail must consist of a minimum of 4 inches of breaker run (3”-6”) for the entire length of the trail. The entire base of the trail must be compacted. The final top dressing should be 2 inches of gravel or recycled asphalt and compacted.

Trail Surface. The Levee Trailhead and the parking areas serving the same, if any, shall be maintained by the City and inspected periodically for repairs as necessary to keep the Levee Trailhead in a suitable condition for recreational use by the general public. Repairs such as crack filling and Levee Trailhead surface replacement shall be completed by the City in order to keep the Levee Trailhead in a suitable condition for recreational use by the general public.   • MAINTENANCE OF THE SAID BUILDING / APARTMENT / PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the association of the allottees.   • Underground Facilities All underground pipelines, conduits, ducts, cables, wires, manholes, vaults, tanks, tunnels, or other such facilities or attachments, and any encasements containing such facilities, including without limitation those that convey electricity, gases, steam, liquid petroleum products, telephone or other communications, cable television, water, wastewater, storm water, other liquids or chemicals, or traffic or other control systems.

  • Underground Tanks If underground or other storage tanks storing Hazardous Materials located on the Premises or the Project are used by Tenant or are hereafter placed on the Premises or the Project by Tenant, Tenant shall install, use, monitor, operate, maintain, upgrade and manage such storage tanks, maintain appropriate records, obtain and maintain appropriate insurance, implement reporting procedures, properly close any underground storage tanks, and take or cause to be taken all other actions necessary or required under applicable state and federal Legal Requirements, as such now exists or may hereafter be adopted or amended in connection with the installation, use, maintenance, management, operation, upgrading and closure of such storage tanks.
