Common use of Train Control Clause in Contracts

Train Control. 11.1 QR Network is responsible for the scheduling and control of all Train movements to and from the Private Infrastructure. QR Network may, in its absolute discretion, not schedule Trains onto the Private Infrastructure if: (a) QR Network is notified by the Owner under clause 12.1 that it is unsafe to do so; or (b) the Owner is in breach of any of its obligations under clause 7.4.
