Train unloading. If a train carrying an Access Holder’s Coal arrives at the Terminal within its designated cargo build window, DBCT Management must ensure that the train is unloaded at a rate (consistent with the type and condition of the Coal) consistent with achieving Handling of the Annual Contract Tonnage of Coal for an Access Holder. 3. Reclaiming and vessel loading (a) make the Terminal available for berthing by vessels (which are satisfactory in all respects to receive Coal) nominated by the User, such that not less than the Annual Contract Tonnage can be Handled by DBCT Management in each Financial Year (as long as the vessel and/or cargo mix required by the User or its customer does not unreasonably impact on the efficiency of the Terminal); and (b) load the User's Coal into a vessel which is nominated by the User and is available for loading so as to achieve the objective in section 3(a).
