Common use of Training and Knowledge Transfer Clause in Contracts

Training and Knowledge Transfer. Provide an overview of training services to be provided to the Authorized User and any special requirements for specific knowledge transfer to support the Authorized User’s successful implementation of the Solution. If the intent is for the Authorized User to become self-sufficient in operating or maintaining the Solution, determine the type of training necessary, and develop a training plan, for such user self-sufficiency. Document the level of support, as available under the Contract, required by the Authorized User to operate and maintain the Solution. This may include conversion support, legacy system integration, transition assistance, Solution maintenance (including maintenance level), or other specialized consulting to facilitate delivery or use of the Solution. Provide a high-level overview of project events and tasks to be accomplished to deliver the required Solution. This section should reflect the mutually agreed upon UAT and Acceptance Criteria specific to this engagement. State assumptions here.
