Common use of Training and Resources Clause in Contracts

Training and Resources. Contractor shall ensure that all counter personnel at all rental locations in Florida are trained on the terms and conditions and the rental rate structure of the Contract. Contractor shall provide counter personnel with written or electronic materials that provide guidance and instructions for renting vehicles to Customers in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract. All out-of-state counter personnel must have contact information for Contractor’s Contract Administrator or other Contractor staff educated on the terms and conditions of the Contract to seek guidance when providing rental services to Customers.
