Common use of Training/Certification Clause in Contracts

Training/Certification. Provide periodic technical training to keep Consultant’s staff up-to- date on the latest codes and building techniques. Provide to, and receive from, the Community Development Department’s staff appropriate training to coordinate the functions of the Department and the Consultant. Plan review and inspection staff shall have obtained and must maintain current ICC certifications. Consultant shall also employ sufficient number of certified CASP disabled access specialist pursuant to the requirements of S.B.1608.
