Training Differential. Employees who are required to provide formal training to other employees outside of what is considered the normal scope of their job duties, and who are designated “Trainers” with an established curriculum as determined by the Department Director, will receive 5% above their normal base pay for any hours they are assigned to act as trainers in a formal training capacity.
